Writing to Release Group
The cost for this group is $25 per session (six sessions) for a total of $150. The total of $150 must be paid at the time of registration. If you miss a session, a recording will be provided.
Psychotherapy
pricing with insurance
If you are covered by a Insurance Company I am paneled with you will be responsible for your co-pay or co-insurance amount. I have contracted rates with them and do not have flexibility in what I charge.
pricing without insurance
If you are covered by an insurance company I am NOT paneled with, my fees are as follows: 60 minute session ($125), 45 minute session ($100) These rates are subject to change and you will always be notified of that change with plenty of notice.

Pricing and packages
For Coaching, Spiritual work, Fitness and Nutrition work, there are the following options to choose from.
In addition to these there will be various programs, classes, groups, and special offerings that I will post here and on Social Media. These services are billed at $100 per hour of one on one and prices for groups and classes will each have their own price based on length and type of class.
